Refund Policy

1. Overview

Rhytmonix Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides engineering, development, and consulting services. Due to the custom and project-based nature of our services, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

• Custom engineering, software development, and system design services.
• Consultation, research, and technical advisory services.
• Any project milestone that has been completed or delivered.
• Deposits or upfront payments required to initiate a project.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the project has not yet started and no work has been performed.
• If we are unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal limitations.
• If explicitly stated in a signed agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is terminated after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on:

• The percentage of work completed.
• Resources allocated and costs incurred.
• Contractual obligations defined in the SOW.

Administrative and operational costs may be deducted from any partial refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation:

• All completed work will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
• Any remaining balance may be evaluated for partial refund eligibility.
• All intellectual property rights will be governed by the original agreement.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of services.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, typically between 5–10 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
